Welcome to VMESO, a store organised around giving, where gifts are grouped by occasion and described for people who are choosing something on behalf of someone else.

These Terms of Service set out the rules that govern your access to and use of vmeso.com and any purchase made through the website. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About These Terms

The VMESO website is operated by Hainan Yanxun Trading Co., Ltd.

Throughout these Terms, VMESO, we, us, and our refer to Hainan Yanxun Trading Co., Ltd.

These Terms apply to visits, purchases, accounts, communications, and other interactions with our website. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Returns and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Your Privacy Choices page, Payment Policy, FAQ, and other applicable policies form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website:

For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes;
To violate another person’s rights;
To introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;

To collect website information through unauthorised scraping or automated means;
To attempt unauthorised access to an account, system, or network; or

3. Our Products

VMESO offers a changing selection of gift items, including gift sets and bundles, keepsake boxes, scented candles, mugs and drinkware, photo frames, engraved and monogrammed pieces, stationery and journals, plush and soft items, and gift wrap and message cards. Our range is grouped by occasion, such as birthdays and anniversaries, housewarmings, weddings and engagements, graduations and milestones, seasonal gifting, and everyday thanks.

Available products, designs, materials, colours, dimensions, package contents, and options may change according to inventory, season, customer interest, and supplier availability.

Some products may be personalised, engraved, monogrammed, printed, or made to order where expressly stated on the applicable product page. This does not mean that every VMESO product is made to order.

Where applicable:

Colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, or screen settings;
Small differences in grain, tone, texture, pattern placement, finish, or dimensions may occur;
Measurements may be subject to reasonable production tolerances; and
Items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, available options, personalisation details, and any care or usage instructions before placing an order.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately.

However, product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Props, styling items, and additional pieces shown in product photographs are included only where specifically identified as part of the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and offer an available alternative, or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts are displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges imposed after shipment may not be included at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Where a gift is shipped directly to a recipient, you are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s name and delivery details.

6. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability;
Pricing, description, or inventory errors;
Payment or authorisation problems;
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
Delivery restrictions;
Duplicate or unusually large orders;
Suspected unauthorised resale; or
Other legitimate legal or operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at service@vmeso.com.

Please include your order number and clearly describe the requested change.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Personalised, engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after confirmation. Please review product selections, quantities, personalisation text, billing information, and delivery information before submitting an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

VMESO currently ships to:

United States
Canada
Mexico

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Fulfilment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability, delivery destination, and operational requirements.

Estimated transit times are:

United States: 7–20 business days;
Canada: 10–30 business days; and
Mexico: 20–30 business days.

Including standard processing time, approximate total delivery periods are:

United States: 9–27 business days;
Canada: 12–37 business days; and
Mexico: 22–37 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Additional shipping conditions, rates, tracking procedures, customs information, and rules concerning refused or undeliverable parcels are provided in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Product Issues

Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns and Cancellation Policy and our Refund Policy.

For a change-of-heart return, a product must generally be unused and unaltered, and returned with its original packaging and all included components, accessories, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible.

Personalised, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise made-to-order products are generally not eligible for a change-of-heart return. This restriction reflects the nature of such items and is consistent with ordinary industry practice. It does not apply where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

VMESO does not impose a restocking charge.

For an approved change-of-heart return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video.

After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include:

Sending a missing piece;
Providing a replacement;
Arranging an exchange; or
Issuing a refund for the affected product.

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error or our fulfilment partner’s error, we will cover authorised replacement or return shipping costs.

Do not return a product without prior authorization. The appropriate return location may vary depending on the product, order, and customer location. If a return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email. Where a return is initiated by a gift recipient, we may ask for the order number or a gift reference so we can locate the order.

Our registered business address is not the standard product return address.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or activity.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, videos, software, and page layouts are owned by or licensed to us.

You may access and use website content only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content;
Scrape or systematically collect website information;
Create derivative works from protected content; or

It does not contain malicious, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful material.

By submitting content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote VMESO.

You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please do not submit content that identifies another person without their permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, and related technologies, including advertising and analytics technologies, for website operation, analytics, conversion measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising where permitted by law.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the place of registration of the operator, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

This choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of their country, province, region, state, or other place of residence.

For customers residing in the United States, any mandatory consumer protection measures required by the laws of their respective states remain unaffected. The same principle applies to the mandatory protections available to customers in Canada and Mexico.
