For a damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, please include clear images of the item, the issue, the shipping label, and the outer packaging where relevant. These details help us review the matter accurately and offer the right solution.

Our team reviews messages on business days and will reply as soon as reasonably possible. While we may not always answer immediately, we give each request careful attention.

For a time-sensitive order, please explain the deadline clearly in your message and include your order number. If a gift is needed by a particular date, tell us that date up front so we can advise you on timing before anything is promised.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to correct a delivery address, change a gift selection, adjust a personalisation, or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Personalised, engraved, monogrammed, and made-to-order items may move into production soon after an order is confirmed, so the window for a change can be short.
